To me, the fundamental of a successful draught beer installation is using good and reliable equipment, adequate space for installation and installation techniques. Many a times, I come across installations that are poorly carried out with unsuitable equipment used. This leads to warm, foamy and flat beer. Draught beer equipment that we use is as important as the “amber nectar” that we are drinking. I always believe in using the right equipment even if it’s going to cost me more.
